In stock goods are despatched within 48 hours by recorded delivery. We shall advise you of any items which may be temporarily out of stock.
At Seksi (UK) Ltd we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Occasionally, though, we know you may want to return an item.
You may return any item for a full refund or exchange, within 7 days of date of receipt providing it is in a new and unmarked condition. Please return in its original packaging and include a copy of the invoice and a short note explaining the reason for return. A credit/refund will only be issued to the value of the goods purchased. If an item is defective please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
We will only issue a credit note if shoes ordered to your specification i.e. different colour, different heel height are returned, as these are a one off, special item.
For your protection, we recommend you return the item recorded delivery.
Please note you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless it is our error, or the product is damaged.
Goods are NOT sold on a trial basis.
This does not affect your statutory right as a consumer.
Online payments may be made by secure credit card transaction or cheque. By phone or post, we accept cheques and postal orders made payable to Seksi (UK) Ltd. All goods remain the property of Seksi (UK) Ltd until all funds are cleared.
Personal information is treated confidentially and will NOT be passed to any third party, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Seksi (UK) Ltd assumes no responsibility due to faults that result from abuse, misuse, negligence, accidental damage, improper (cleaning/washing/drying/ironing) procedures or other causes beyond Seksi (UK) Ltd’s control. Seksi (UK) Ltd exclude and will not pay any incidental and consequential damages, that is, any loss, expense or damage, other than to the product itself, that may result from a defect in the product.
Seksi (UK) Ltd reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
